Fightback operates through a hybrid model. Fightback International is a nonprofit supported through donations, grants, and institutional partnerships. In Nepal, Fightback works through both a nonprofit entity and a social enterprise arm. Revenue generated from paid training, workshops, and institutional partnerships through the social enterprise helps subsidize free or affordable safety and self-defense programs delivered to vulnerable communities and low-income schools through our nonprofit work. This model strengthens long-term sustainability while expanding access across Nepal.
Fightback’s annual revenue comes exclusively from grants and partnerships with foundations and like-minded organizations. Because these awards fluctuate year to year, the total raised varies and is determined by the specific grants and collaborations secured in a given period.
We spent the most to deliver safety and self-defense programs in schools that cannot afford to pay and in marginalized communities across Nepal.
