I may be visually impaired, but if someone tries to take advantage of me thinking I cannot see or defend myself, I can still protect myself through the Fightback training

This program taught me how to be safe and secure. I feel confident not only for myself but I can transfer the safety skills and knowledge to other girls like me. I don’t feel unsafe walking alone now that I have undergone the training program.

This training gave us practical self-protection techniques and increased our sense of security at work and while traveling. More workplaces should have access to programs like this.

The society where we are living is not safe for girls and women and through Fightback training I got the opportunity to learn life-skills. I used to face a lot of difficulties related to sexual harassment. Now , after the training, I know how I can defend myself and I am confident that I can save others as well.
